Captive Hunting Laws and Legislation

Captive hunting is fully or partially banned in 20 states in the United States:

Alabama
Arizona
California
Connecticut
Delaware
Georgia
Hawaii

Maryland
Massachussetts
Minnesota
Mississippi
Montana
Nevada
North Carolina

Oregon
Rhode Island
Virginia
Washington
Wisconsin
Wyoming

Unfortunately, the majority of states still allow captive hunting, which is why we need federal legislation addressing this cruel practice.
