Authorizes the taking of bobcats and river otters.  Makes changes concerning the open season for coyotes and striped skunks. Deletes restrictions concerning having green hides out of season. Makes changes concerning pursuing fur-bearing mammals with dogs and concerning illegal methods of trapping.
