Increases the penalty for animal fighting, possession of animals for fighting, and providing a premises for fighting from a class F felony to a class E felony; increases the penalty for being a spectator at an animal fight from a class A misdemeanor to a class F felony; makes gambling on an animal fight a class F felony; increases the statute of limitations for animal fighting prosecutions from 1 year to 5 years.
