State court class action seeking compensatory damages for all customers deceived and defrauded by Wizard of Claws and an injunction to prevent the store from selling any puppies. Wizard of Claws claims that it only sells healthy puppies from reputable breeders when in fact the pet store sells unhealthy dogs mass-produced at puppy mills and after selling these unhealthy puppies the store unlawfully refuses to reimburse the purchase price and the cost of veterinary care.
