Spay Day 2009 Pet Photo Contest Beneficiary Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible to receive funds from the Spay Day Online Pet Photo Contest, each participating organization listed below must:
- Be a registered charity in your country, able to receive funding from nonprofit organizations.
- Submit a completed W-8 form to HSI.
- Register a Spay Day International 2009 event or activity with HSI by midnight Eastern time on January 15, 2009.
- Hold a Spay Day International 2009 event in the month of February.
- Report the results of the Spay Day International 2009 event to HSI by midnight Eastern time on March 9, 2009.
- Use the funds raised on the organization's behalf for spay/neuter services, subsidies or vouchers.

Please note: Funding from the Spay Day Pet Photo Contest is available to any organization meeting the eligibility requirements described above. The organizations listed here are independent entities, each with its own programs, policies and procedures. HSI is not directly affiliated with, nor is it an oversight agency or umbrella organization of, any of the organizations listed here, and makes no warranties or representations regarding these organizations or any services provided by them.
Post-contest note: As we at HSI take donor privacy seriously, we are not able to share our donors’ contact information with the organizations they chose to benefit from the Spay Day Online Pet Photo Contest. However, all benefiting organizations offer a huge THANK YOU to everyone who voted and raised funds for them. Like us, they are grateful for your support!
