How do you (and your pets) feel about animal fighting?

Speak your mind on YouTube by posting a video response to Hulk Hogan’s body slam of animal fighting. If your video makes it to round two, it will nationally compete for the honor of heavyweight champion of animals.

Step 1: Get the details.

• Keep it under 1:30 (minutes).
• Be funny, smart, sad. Rap, dance, mime. Wear a tutu. We don't care how you get the message across—just be original.
• It's about the animals. Your video can mention recent dogfighting news or animal fighting in general … just keep the focus on the ones who need it most—animals.
• Keep it clean. No violence, profanity or direct attacks on individuals. Absolutely NO images of violence, cruelty to animals or people or animal fighting that are not authorized by The HSUS. Download b-roll footage you are welcome to use in your video here.
• Your video must be original, must not have been published, broadcast, or otherwise publicly distributed previously, and must not infringe on any third party rights.
• What could you win? Fame, glory, bragging rights, exposure and a box of assorted prizes sent straight to your door.

Step 2: Make a video.

It's so easy nowadays to create a video. You can use a digital camcorder, a webcam... even your cell phone!

Step 3: Post it to YouTube (by August 20).

• Log in to YouTube. If you don't have an account already, it's easy and only takes a minute or so.
• Go to the YouTube page where Hulk Hogan's video is posted.
• Under "Comments and Responses" click on "Post a video response".
• If you haven't uploaded the video you'd like to submit for the contest to YouTube yet, do so by going to "Upload a Video". If you have uploaded the video already, select it by going to "Choose a Video".
• Congrats! You've submitted your video response for the contest. If you don't see it appear right away, it's either because it's still processing or we haven't approved it yet.
