HSI Assist is Humane Society International's premier capacity-building program for individuals and organizations concerned with animal protection issues around the world.

We offer educational workshops and training, internships and fellowships, and a number of resources, including those found in our Electronic Library.  Our Animal Advocates are leaders in the field and serve as contacts and models for others in their region of the world. We annually recognize exceptional individuals and their efforts toward helping animals with the HSI Award for Extraordinary Commitment and Achievement.
