On ABC-TV's Dharma and Greg, Jenna Elfman portrays a
free spirit who doesn't take life too seriously. The role is a
pretty good match for Jenna's off-screen, upbeat personality.
One thing she does take seriously, however, is animal
protection.
Jenna and her husband, Bodhi Elfman, share their lives with
two pugs, Willy (adopted from Pug Rescue of Sacramento) and
Guinevere. Jenna has also volunteered for charities that help
animals.
Because she believes that having a pet is a lifetime
commitment, Jenna donated her time to record a series of audio
messages for The HSUS's new Pets for Life campaign. The
messages will run on the Internet and on radio stations around
the country.
